FIREFIGHTERS tackled a fire involving a fryer in a chip shop in Nantwich.
Emergency services were called regarding a fire at Welsh Row, Nantwich, on April 21 around 3.41pm.
Fire crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire, which involved the fryer and extractor ducting.
A large fan was also used to remove smoke from the property and a thermal imaging camera was required to check the flat above for spread of fire.
One woman was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation.
