Middlewich teenager charged with rape and kidnap following Crewe incident
AN 18-year-old Middlewich man has been charged with a number of offences including rape and kidnap.
Patrick Boswell, of Warmingham Lane, Moston, was arrested on August 18 following a police appeal and later charged with two counts of rape and one count of kidnap.
The counts relate to an incident that occurred in the Dunwoody Way area of Crewe on July 3, 2016.
Boswell was also charged with making off without payment and use of threatening and abusive language during an incident in Wheelock Street on April 2.
He is due to appear before magistrates today, August 19.
