CREWE Liberal Club Open League's Premier Division dominoes has Cosey Club taking over top spot after beating Vine A 5-3.

Kings Arms A’s bye week dropped them to joint second with Delamere Arms, held to a draw by Cheshire Cheese. ASLEF’s generosity saw then let a 4-1 advantage slip away in their draw at LMR B.

Division One has new leaders in White Lion A, their 5-3 win at Broughton Arms demoting the losers to fourth and dropping Pioneers B, who had their bye week, from top to second.

Nantwich Road A overcame a 4-0 deficit to draw with Flying Lady A, enough to lift them into third spot.

Division Two's teams all gained three, four or five points in what was already a very close section.

Leaders Amalgamated B trailed 3-0 at Horse Shoe, but a scrambled draw saw them hold top spot by a point from Express, who let slip a 3-1 advantage in their draw at the Hawk.

Four points cover the top seven teams.

Division Three outdoes all the other sections with seven points covering all 10 teams.

Leaders Liberal Club lost 5-3 at Flying Lady B, who regain second spot. Vine B, held 4-4 by Kings Arms B, drop two places to fourth on matches won, behind Nantwich Road B, 5-3 winners at Willaston Club.

Division Four table toppers Brunel Arms C hit visitors Duke of Bridgewater B for six to take a three points lead over Dishers Club B, who won 5-3 at Rising Sun B.

Nags Head were beaten 5-3 by White Lion so the pair now share third spot with equal records.

Division Five sees Hop Pole B taking over top spot after drawing with Prince of Wales D.
