DIVISION One’s Amalgamated A trounced Nantwich Rd A 7-1, lifting them three places to third but well off the pace.

Nantwich Road opener Matty Hamilton’s win staved off the whitewash, Mals’ Steve Faddes hit a 180 and also staved off the dominoes whitewash.

That saw Nantwich Rd move up from seventh to top spot, two points ahead of White Lion A and keeps the Mals rooted to bottom place.

In Division Two darts, The Imps’ 6-2 win at Horseshoe puts them top of the pile five points clear of Sydney.

Wins by brothers Martin and Mick Patrick provided the Shoes’ two points which lifts them to third, but a dozen points adrift of Sydney.

Ryan Proctor (Imp) hit a 19 dart leg. In the dominoes Hoseshoes 6-2 victory moves them up a place to second two points behind leaders Express and four ahead of Mals B.

The only significant movement in third division darts saw Nantwich Rd B’s 5-3 win at Kings B keep them third, but now only four points behind Swan & Chequers and seven clear of Capt Webb.

Jamie Louth (Nantwich Rd B) checked out on 109.

The dominoes is now a real game-on situation with Kings B taking over at the top despite losing 5-3 to Nantwich Rd B, who are third and one point behind deposed leaders Liberal.

Coppenhall Club’s 7-1 annihilation of bottom placed Chesire Cheese avenged their same score darts demise and moves them up three places to fifth in a section where four points covers the top six teams.

Mike Middlehurst (Coppenhall darts) and Steve Harrison (Cheese dominoes) both won to stave off whitewashes.

In Division Five, darts pacemakers Hop Pole B’s 6-2 win at Coach & Horses puts them six points clear of Prince of Wales D, whose whitewash of under strength basement team Foresters B lifted them up three places.

Hop Pole B also take charge of the dominoes section after drawing at Coach & Horses, who have been overtaken by Prince of Wales D after they completed a night of misery for Foresters B by hitting them for seven,
