CREWE Oddies Open League Premier Division Darts table toppers West End LMR B beat lowly Kings Arms A 6-2, helped by Carl Dennel’s 17 and 18 darters and a 19 dart leg from Danny Ayres.

Skipper Pete Boughey bombed 18 and 19 darters for main rivals Pioneers Club A in their whitewash of hosts Holly Bush.

Currently nine points split LMR B and the Pi’s and a further nine to third placed Cosey Club who beat the Oddies 5-3 and have a match in hand.

Top arrows came from Bobby Bayham (Cosey) who fired a 13 darter and Tom Kelly (Farmers) with a 14 dart leg.

Reg Corbett (Oddies) hit a 16 darter and Vine A’s Robbie Arrowsmith won in 18 and 19 darts and also threw a 180, aided by team mate Mick Hassall who concluded his 18 darter with a 111 checkout.

Lee Woolley (Brunel A) hit a 20 dart leg and more 180’s came from Martin Kettle (Cosey) and ASLEF pair Paul Ralphs and Rocky Snelson.

Division One's top pair Horse Shoe and Hop Pole A hit seven apiece against respective opponents Cheshire Cheese and Pioneers B to remain seven points apart, but third placed Imp lost ground after their 5-3 defeat of Flying Lady A.

Stuart Gilligan (Broughton) won in 17 and 20 darts and also chucked a 180, with team mate Dave Carthy, Andrew Patrick (Shoe) and Ken Greenall (Imp) firing 19 darters.

Cheshire Cheese only winner Craig Smith hit a 20 darter, a ton checkout and a 180, Paul Byrne (Imp) a 20 darter and Anthony Downey (Pioneers B0 a 114 finish to a 21 dart leg.

Division Two runaway leaders Willaston Club beat third placed Sydney Arms 5-3 to move a not so unlucky 13 points clear of Amalgamated B, who did not play so now have a match in hand.

Danny Welch’s win spared the blushes of struggling bottom placed team Captain Webb, beaten 7-1 at the Hawk, for whom Irene Billington fired a 19 dart leg. Mick Beech (Bridge A) hit a 180.

Division Three's odds on champions Brunel Arms B won 6-2 at White Lion to increase their already huge points lead to 15 due to another 6-2 victory, this time by third placed Cheshire Cheese at second placed Kings Arms B, which makes the tussle for runners-up berth more interesting, the pair now separated by just two points.

Bottom team Flying Lady B got over excited at taking a 3-1 lead, and allowed fellow strugglers Rising Sun B to recover their composure and run out 5-3 victors.

John Speed (Brunel B) included a 180 in his 15 dart leg, as did Tom Knibbs (Cheese) in his 20 darter.

Dave Poole (Swan) and Stephen Ralphs (Coppenhall Club) hit respective 120 and 125 checkouts and Phil Massey (Kings B) was another 180 hitter.

Division Four leaders Duke of Bridgewater B walloped fourth placed Dishers B 6-2 to open up a three points gap over Brunel Arms C who won 5-3 at bottom placed Foresters Arms B.

Nags Head A remain third after overturning a 3-1 deficit to snatch a draw at Hop Pole B, but are now nine points off the pace.
