THE Crewe Oddies Club Open League Premier Division Darts pacemakers West End LMR B moved ten points clear with a 6-2 defeat of second-bottom Horse Shoe. Main challengers Willaston looked odds on for a big win when they went 4-0 up against the Oddies, who fought back before losing 5-3. Meanwhile, Kings Arms A grabbed their first win of the season by beating Pioneers Club A 6-2.

The top two in Division One clashed and Amalgamated B’s 6-2 victory at Nantwich Road ASLEF puts them a six points clear of new challengers Cheshire Cheese, who walloped bottom side Nantwich Road A 7-1. ASLEF drop to third, now facing the challenge of Crown, who were 6-2 winners at Amalgamated A.

Division Two leaders Raven beat Woodside 5-3 and now lead on matches won as Bridge A’s 6-2 defeat of hosts Kings Arms B puts the pair level on points. White Lion Ford Lane drop to fourth after losing 5-3 at Coppenhall Club, while Sydney Arms let slip a 3-1 lead in their draw at Bridge C.

Swan & Chequers lead Division Three as they followed last week’s 7-1 trouncing of Dishers Club A with a 6-2 win over Brunel Arms C to take a seven points lead over Nags Head A, who recovered from 3-1 down to beat hosts Duke of Bridgewater B 5-3. White Lion also let slip a 3-1 lead in their draw at Vine B.

Runaway leaders Captain Webb had a bye week in Division Four, but only had their lead slightly dented as main challengers Coach & Horses were beaten by 6-2 by Eight Farmers B.

The top two in the Dominoes Premier Division met and leaders Horse Shoe moved two points ahead of new challengers Willaston Club after both gained 6-2 wins over current Champions West End LMR B, demoted to fifth and the Oddies, who drop two places to seventh, respectively. Vine A overturned a 3-1 deficit in the 5-3 win at Cosey Club that moved them up four places to third in a very competitive section.

Division One top pair Amalgamated A and Nantwich Road A remain top with identical records after 5-3 wins over Crown and Cheshire Cheese respectively, while third-placed Hop Pole A close the gap after a 6-2 victory at Hawk.

White Lion Ford Lane won 6-2 at Coppenhall Club to move three points clear of Flying Lady A, who let slip a 3-0 lead in their draw with Rising Sun, at the top of Division Two.

Division Three leaders Nags Head A won 5-3 at Duke of Bridgewater B, with main rivals Dishers Club B and White Lion falling back after scrambled draws with Flying Lady B and Vine B respectively.

Duke of Bridgewater C are the new leaders of Division Four after they thrashed hosts Hop Pole B. Deposed leaders Coach & Horses are now second on matches won after losing 5-3 to Eight Farmers B, while Wetherspoons let slip a 4-1 lead in their drawn clash with West End Band A.
