PHIL Parkinson has predicted more to come from Ryan Jackson after Nantwich Town’s new recruit scored on his debut in a friendly at Alsager on Saturday.

The wide man, signed on a dual registration with North West Counties League side 1874 Northwich, put the Dabbers ahead inside five minutes during a 4-1 victory.

“That’s why we brought him here; he’s all about potential,” said the Dabbers’ boss.

“If we can work on him and make him more consistent, we think he’s got a bright future.”

Nantwich followed a success at the weekend with a goalless stalemate against National League North side Curzon Ashton on Tuesday.

AFC Fylde are due at Weaver Stadium this Saturday before Crewe Alexandra follow in midweek.
